Description:

A panel of Bariatric Surgery medical professionals will educate and discuss Bariatric revisionary patients, including but limited to the selection process, preoperative assessment, insurance coverage, intra-operative considerations, and much more.

Target Audience

APP (PA-C, NP, CNS) and any medical professional who engages with Bariatric revisional patients.

Objectives

1. Describe the risks/benefits of revisional Bariatric Surgery 
2. Describe the process of establishing patient expectations before and after surgery
3. Describe the preoperative assessment for revisional Bariatric Surgery patient
4. Discuss insurance considerations for the revisional Bariatric Surgery patient
5. Describe the surgeon perspective on revisional Bariatric Surgery
6. Discuss a series of case studies focused on the revisional Bariatric Surgery patient
