I am a proud husband and blessed father of four children. As you can tell, family is vital in my life. My expertise is vested in the help of those who struggle with obesity. My career journey started in the United Kingdom, where I began my immersion into surgical training. I was blessed to meet and learn from prestigious surgeons and mentors. After completing my training, I became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Several years of further surgery residency in the US led to my graduation as a general surgeon. I then specialized through a two-year fellowship program to become an expert in bariatric and metabolic surgery. Additionally, I spent an extra year of supplemental training to master my surgical endoscopy skills. In addition to working with patients, I hold professorships at a couple of teaching hospitals, and I continue to mentor medical students and residents alongside my busy private practice. My personal life revolves around my family. I enjoy traveling, swimming, and running. My wife, our children, and I share the joy of reading. I am fluent in French and Arabic and can converse competently in Spanish.
