Scott Belsley, MD FACS

Dr. Scott Belsley is a busy clinician and an active researcher in the field of bariatric surgery. He is fellowship trained in minimally invasive bariatric surgery and has been performing laparoscopic bariatric surgery at Mt. Sinai St. Luke’s Hospital since 2006. The hospital has been a Bariatric Center of Excellence since the categorization was created and consistently receives commendations for its outstanding outcomes with laparoscopic gastric bypass.

His office based personalized bariatric practice is at Mt. Sinai West with a team that includes a bilingual nutritionist.
