Jessica Gonzalez Hernandez, MD

Dr. Gonzalez Hernandez is a board certified general surgeon who specializes in Bariatric and Minimally Invasive Surgery. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in San Juan, PR. She then completed her surgery residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX. She completed a fellowship in pediatric minimally invasive surgery at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN. She also completed a fellowship in Bariatric & Minimally Invasive Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. Dr. Gonzalez Hernandez is a caring and well rounded bariatric and general surgeon. She is also a member of the American Society for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery as well as a member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
