Guillermo Alvarez, MD is a world-renowned Bariatric Surgeon, Best Selling Author, and Founder of Endobariatric and Endohospital which has the designation of Center of Excellence in Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, located in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico. Dr. Alvarez attended the School of Medicine at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo Leon in Monterrey, Mexico. During his residency, he worked in several hospitals in France, the United States, and Mexico.
